Chingy's biggest hit Right Thurr was kinda catchy but never really bothered with buying any of his albums, until I found this in a charity shop for cheaps and thought why not.Powerballin' is the name of the album and it reflects the subject matter of the songs well, all songs is Chingy rapping about his baller lifestyle which includes cars with big rims, lots of money and of course lots of degrading lyrics about women. Chingy has a song where he asks a woman to make her ass talk for him, I asume he doesn't mean farting but maybe he has a fart fetish who knows.Anyway, none of the songs are actually saying anything aside from boasting and ego-stroking. If there is a message to be found here it's that if you're broke you're a loser and that's that. And there is no clever wordplay or metaphors or even above average beats to make up for it.

I'm 20, but when I was little I have always listened to these songs when my older brothers were teenagers and they always played them at full volume on the speakers at home what a memories??. I am from 2002, but they were lucky because they are from 1992 and 94 and they enjoyed the golden era of hip hop. In that time there was no trap and these were the songs that were in fashion???
